Mental
Your mental health is essential for you to identify what's going on around you and SET BOUNDARIES. It is the basis of how you choose to feel and what you choose to focus on, according to your BELIEF SYSTEM.
Self-Reflection Questions
WHO helps maintain your boundaries? How?
WHAT is your process before making long-term decisions? give an example.
WHERE do you enjoy spending most of your time? Why?
WHY should you speak a powerful word into your life daily? give an example.
WHEN you reach a breaking point, how does that look? Feel? Why?
HOW concerned are you about your relationships with others?
Self-Reflection Points
We all want to be able to use our mental ability to help us achieve our goals, accomplish our purpose, set boundaries, and make well-informed decisions about our life choices.
We want to have healthy relationships with others while maintaining good mental health.
We all need a nonjudgmental space to express our deepest thoughts and opinions and to sort out our emotions.
Your inner circle should be your biggest positive influence. You should have a person to support each side of your V.E.S.P.M. EXAMPLE: My best friend and I share the same values, so that's what we mostly talk about. I have a cousin who shares my views on spirituality, etc.
