V.E.S.P.M.
C2 Session 14 - V.E.S.P.M. Health
VESPM Health – How you share and show your views with others.
Key Questions
Values - How do people show they care about what you value?
Ethics - How have others supported or encouraged you ethically?
Spirituality - How has a person shown you they have surpassed the urge to judge what is good in your life?
Physical - How can a person show an active concern for your physical well-being?
Mental - How do you know when it's time to set more or establish new boundaries?
Self-Reflection Points
If a person doesn't care for their own basic V.E.S.P.M. health, why would they care for yours?
"Trust your gut." If something no longer feels right, stop and look at the situation a little more closely. It may be time to make some changes.
Boundaries look different as we walk through our journey of growth; some need to be more open, and some may need to be more restricted. You will even surprise yourself!
Boundaries are not just for others; they are also for you. Be mindful of your boundaries. Real growth comes with change.
Pay attention to how others react to your new standards of growth or change.
Ultimately, it is up to you to decide what a "good life" looks and feels like. Yin & Yang never cease to exist, but we can choose the realm in which they exist.
"When we close our eyes, we see nothing at all, so we open our eyes just to see what's in front of us." - We don't know what we don't know - Unknown.
