C2 Session 16 - V.E.S.P.M. Circle
V.E.S.P.M. Circle – Your environment and relationships
Key Questions
WHO has proven to have non-judgmental unconditional love for you over time?
WHAT are their Values, Ethics, Spirituality, Physical, and Mental Health compared to yours?
WHERE were they the last time you needed support?
WHY do you think some people will not contribute to your Values, Ethics, Spirituality, Physical, and Mental Health?
WHEN it comes to others that care about you, how do they all get along?
Self-Reflection Points
The people you let into your inner circle should have a great record of positive support over a long period of time.
Anyone who does not respect your boundaries should NOT be in your circle.
When you take away their titles (mother, sister, husband) what kind of person are you left to deal with? Would you let them in your circle without the title? Remember to “LISTEN, before letting someone into your inner circle”
You and them should share more than one common interest when it comes to your VESPM health.
Be aware of a person who always takes a percentage of you before they leave and rarely leaves anything for you.
They should have your back even when you are not there to defend yourself.
They should always support you and celebrate you doing your best.
Be mindful of the people you met while you were in a negative state of being. They may want you to stay there.

Q - Currently, would you say your V.E.S.P.M. Circle is covered in each area for support persons?
For example, you are in regular contact with a person who supports you and shares the same or similar values that you currently have... etc.
