HOW do you remain active daily?
Self-Reflection Points
Finding balance is all about being happy. Whether you are giving out or lending out or taking in. It should always be about your happiness.
You choose what goes on your scale don't lose your balance by letter others put their “stuff” on your scale.
Be in control of your life. Be the leader in your life. Make your life great.
Care for yourself in a way that says " I LOVE ME".
Set boundaries around your health and well-being. You can't be replaced, and you are no one's priority or responsibility but your own.
Continue to work on your purpose. The work is never done.
If you think you have done everything then maybe it's time for a power nap, a nature walk, or some extra self-care. Find a hobby, or take a class. Do something to better yourself. Never give your time away to nonsense.
